JOB OVERVIEW

North Stone Capital Group is looking for a confident, persistent, and highly skilled Real Estate Acquisition VA to speak with property owners and turn leads into qualified investment opportunities.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to property owners
Contact cold, warm, and previously contacted leads
Qualify motivated sellers
Understand the seller's situation, property condition, timeline, and expectations
Ask strong discovery questions
Identify potential wholesale and fix & flip opportunities
Follow up consistently with leads
Send SMS and email follow-ups
Schedule calls/appointments with qualified opportunities
Keep detailed CRM notes
Move qualified opportunities through our acquisition pipeline
Report promising opportunities directly to the acquisitions team
We Want Someone Who
Has previous real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or cold-calling experience
Is extremely comfortable speaking with property owners
Has excellent spoken English
Understands sales psychology and objection handling
Is persistent without being aggressive
Is highly organized with follow-ups
Can recognize a potentially motivated seller
Is comfortable working with CRMs and spreadsheets
Takes initiative and wants to produce results
Pay

$7–$12 CAN/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses.

Additional bonuses may be available for qualified opportunities and closed deals.
