About Us
I am a top-producing real estate agent serving certain cities within my local community. I am looking for a cutting-edge search expert to ensure our services are the top recommendation across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

I already have a strong SEO base- have a lot of the basics taken care of, but not showing up.

The Role
I need a forward-thinking strategist who understands the evolution of search. Your primary goal will be to make us the undisputed local authority for real estate services when potential clients ask AI assistants or search Google. You will ensure our brand is highly visible, trusted, and frequently cited.

Key Responsibilities
Optimize our online presence to rank highly in AI-generated answers and summaries (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
Dominate traditional Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization and local keyword strategy.
Develop a content and citation strategy that signals authority and relevance to Large Language Models (LLMs).
Track, measure, and report on visibility metrics across both search and AI platforms.

Requirements
Proven track record of achieving top-tier local search results.
Demonstrated understanding of how AI models source and cite local businesses.
Strong ability to provide measurable, data-driven results.
Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
