Radiant Protocol is a skincare technology company building structured skin treatment protocols using LED light therapy devices and targeted serums.

We are not a traditional beauty brand.

Radiant Protocol develops skin optimization systems built around structured treatment routines.

Our system integrates

We are currently preparing for product launch and building the marketing infrastructure that will support the brand.

We are hiring a Content and Marketing Operator to help build the marketing engine before launch.

Role Overview

This role focuses on

content creation
content research

email marketing drafts
landing page support
marketing organization
content systems

You will help build the marketing foundation before launch.

This is not a generic VA position. We are looking for someone organized, creative, and capable of producing high quality marketing work.

We are looking for someone interested in a long term role with a growing company, not short term freelance work.

What You Will Do

Content creation

Write captions and educational posts
Create Instagram carousel drafts using Canva
Edit short form videos using CapCut or similar tools
Develop content ideas related to skincare and LED therapy

Marketing support

Draft email newsletters
Assist with landing page content
Help organize marketing funnels and workflows
Assist with GoHighLevel marketing setup

Research

Research LED skincare technology topics
Analyze competitor content and positioning
Generate new content ideas weekly

Organization

Organize Google Drive marketing folders
Maintain content libraries and templates
Build swipe files and reference folders

Tools We Use

AI writing tools

Experience with these tools is helpful but not required if you can learn quickly.

Strong written English
Clear professional communication
Basic Canva design ability
Ability to edit short form videos
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to follow structured instructions carefully
