RESEARCH MANAGER (Philippines | Remote | Full-Time)

DocDelta is hiring Research Managers for a full-time, long-term remote role.
This is not short-term online work. We're looking for professionals who want to build a career with a growing U.S.-based healthcare technology and market research company and who are comfortable being the face of our projects with clients.

Location: Philippines (fully remote / work-from-home)
Schedule: US Eastern / Pacific Time
Employment type: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 40,000 (may be higher based on skills and experience)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
DocDelta is a U.S.-based healthcare technology and market research company providing data collection and research support to pharmaceutical, consulting, and market research clients. We value structure, accountability, and long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a key client-facing point of contact across the full life cycle of healthcare and market research projects
- Provide clear, proactive client communication — status updates, fielding progress, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with Research Managers, Operations, Sales, and clients to scope and deliver projects
- Manage sampling, survey setup, and fielding to ensure projects hit targets and quality standards
- Track progress, flag risks early, and drive issues to resolution to keep projects on schedule
- Organize and maintain project files and documentation for internal and client visibility

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Public Health, or related)
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or market research, project coordination, client services, or account management (healthcare or market research background strongly preferred)
- Comfortable and confident communicating directly with clients – a genuine client-facing communication style
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Able to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Reliable computer/laptop and fast, stable internet connection
- Willingness to deepen knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Based in Philippines and looking for a stable, long-term role (not short-term online gigs)
