WE’RE HIRING: REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Solar Panel Cleaners LLC (SPC) is a growing residential and commercial solar services company operating across the United States. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative based in the Philippines to join our team.

This is a full-time, remote independent contractor role focused on closing sales.

We provide the leads. We provide the systems. We provide the operational support.

Your job is to close.

COMPENSATION

$800 USD/month base salary plus 5% uncapped commissions on every sale you close.

Qualified leads are provided. Your earning potential grows directly with your performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Contact and close inbound leads by phone
* Schedule customers for our field service teams
* Present our solar cleaning, bird proofing, maintenance, and related services to homeowners and business owners
* Follow up with existing customers and identify relevant service opportunities
* Generate reports from completed field services and recommend appropriate upsell opportunities
* Consistently follow up with leads and move opportunities toward a decision
* Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM
* Maintain an organized pipeline of active opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 1 year of sales experience
* Phone-based sales experience preferred
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners and business owners
* Confident handling objections and following up consistently
* Comfortable using a CRM daily
* Organized enough to manage multiple active leads without constant supervision
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Quiet and professional workspace for customer calls
* Coachable, accountable, and motivated by performance-based compensation

This is a full-time engagement. You control your own schedule, but consistent daily availability is expected to keep pace with inbound leads and customer follow-ups.

This is an independent contractor role based in the Philippines. Contractors are responsible for their own applicable local tax obligations.

You’re comfortable talking to customers over the phone and know how to move a sales conversation toward a decision.

You’re reliable, coachable, organized, and comfortable being accountable for your numbers.

You don’t need someone constantly reminding you to follow up with your pipeline.

Most importantly, you want ownership over your earning potential rather than a fixed income ceiling.
