JOB OVERVIEW

We are a vehicle buying company based in Vancouver, Washington, USA. We buy cars directly from everyday people across the United States, and we're growing our remote sales team.

We are looking for one motivated, friendly, and reliable Sales Agent to join us full-time. This is a work-from-home position with a US company, stable hours, and real earning potential through commission.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will handle inbound inquiries from Americans who want to sell their car. Your job is to build rapport quickly, assess their vehicle, present them with an offer, and close the deal. Every car you successfully purchase earns you a 5% commission on top of your hourly rate. Plus, a team bonus at the end of every month that the team shares since you'll help finish up other agents deals from call backs. This is not cold calling. Leads come to us - you just need to convert them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to leads from US-based sellers
• Quote vehicles and negotiate offers professionally over the phone
• Guide sellers through the process from first contact to accepted offer
• Follow up on open quotes and manage your pipeline using Zoho CRM
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to our operations team once a deal is closed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent spoken and written English - you will be speaking with American customers daily
• Friendly, patient, and professional phone manner
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently from home
• Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
(This is 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time — night shift)
• Honest, dependable, and a team player

STRONG ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
? Experience in the cash for cars or automotive industry (US market preferred)
? BPO, call center, or phone sales background
? Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
? Previous experience working with US-based clients or companies

COMPENSATION:
$5.00 USD per hour (approximately ?290/hr)
5% commission on every vehicle successfully purchased
+ Team Bonus that the sales team splits up at the end of every month
Full-time, long-term position
Commission is uncapped — the more deals you close, the more you earn
