• Refrigerated (reefer) shipping
• Expedited deliveries
• Dedicated lanes
• Negotiate rates and close deals without ever meeting clients in person
Understand reefer & compliance requirements
• Know temperature ranges for perishable goods
• Ensure shipments follow the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
• Educate customers on best practices to avoid spoilage or rejected loads
Maintain relationships through calls, texts, and
• Follow up regularly to secure repeat business
• Upsell additional services (more lanes, faster delivery options)
