We are a growing U.S.-based recruiting firm placing candidates across multiple industries (finance, sales, and operations).
We are looking for a Recruiter / Sourcer to focus on candidate sourcing and initial screening only.
I handle client communication and closing — your role is to build strong candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter
- Reach out and engage candidates
- Conduct initial screening
- Submit candidates for approval
Requirements:
- Must have your own LinkedIn account
- Must have access to LinkedIn Recruiter (or Recruiter Lite)
- Experience sourcing candidates
- Strong communication skills
Compensation:
- $50/month base
- + $250 per successful placement
- + $1,000 bonus for 5 placements in one month
All bonuses are paid after successful placements (90-day retention).
Growth Opportunity:
- After 90 days, base increases to $100/month
- Higher bonuses available for strong performers
Performance Tracking:
We track:
- Candidates sourced
- Candidates contacted
- Candidates approved
- Placements from approved candidates
Payment:
- Paid at the end of each week or at the end of the month (your choice)
