Email
Document Management: Preparing and managing contracts, lease agreements, and other real estate documents.
Data Entry and CRM Management: Maintaining client databases and other essential information.
Bookkeeping: Managing receipts and QuickBooks.
General Office Support: Handling phone calls, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Lead Generation and Follow-up: Identifying and nurturing potential leads through various channels.
Responding to Inquiries: Addressing questions from potential clients and providing prompt and helpful information.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating property viewings, inspections, and other meetings.
Listing Process Documentation : Pre-listing questions, CMA, Listing presentation, Listing paperwork, MLS, Transaction to Closing
Buying Process Documentation : Buyer Consultation, Buyer’s representation paperwork, search, offer, contract, transaction, to closing
Buyer Consultation Preparation : Buyer Consultation Presentation and Questionnaire
Listing Presentation Preparation :Presentation and 2nd Questionnaire, CMA
Pre-Listing Presentation :1st Questionnaire
Post Listing Agreement Process : Disclosure and collect necessary information, schedule photographer and yard sign
Following up with Clients: Ensuring timely follow-up with clients and leads to maintain engagement.
Transaction Coordination:
Managing Deadlines: Keeping track of important deadlines throughout the transaction process.
Coordinating with Parties: Communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved in a transaction.
Removing Contingencies: Assisting with the process of removing contingencies in a timely manner.
Reviewing Contracts and addendums : Confirming all parties (buyer and seller or landlord and tenant)’ signatures are collected, sent to the documents are uploaded to Compass platform and Dotloop
Listing Management: Creating and managing property listings on various platforms.
Other Tasks:
Market Research: Conducting research on market trends and comparable properties.
Data Analysis: Analyzing market data to inform pricing strategies and other business decisions.
Providing Support: Assisting with various other tasks as needed by the real estate professional.
