We are hiring a MOTIVATED Virtual Assistant to join and support our growing REAL ESTATE family!

Someone with:
*Excellent character
*Solution provider
*With a figure-it-out attitude
*Highly organized with strong attention to detail
*Honest
*Team-player who can also work independently
*Creative, can create basic and good designs
*Enjoy administration, routine, and processes
*Excellent communications skills using the English Language (Verbal and Written)
*Preferably with VA and with graveyard experience
*Stable and Reliable internet connection
*Reliable computer/laptop

Responsibilities include working closely with our team to assist in various types of administrative and marketing materials,
-Email & Calendar Management
-Lead & CRM Management
-Transaction Management
-Appointment Setting
-Administration
-Social Media
-Prepare Marketing Materials such as flyers, brochures
-Basic Video Editing

-This is a full-time job with a minimum of 35 hours a week and up to 50 hours a week, so please only apply if you can do a full-time commitment!
-Able to work from 10 am-6 pm EST time. Monday-Friday. Willing to work on weekends and overtime
-This is a long-term position and we guarantee job stability
-Can start immediately
