JOB OVERVIEW

REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to help grow our real estate business through Instagram outreach, lead follow-up, and CRM management.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Send 80–100 direct messages per day on Instagram using provided scripts
• Follow up with leads consistently until a response is received
• Identify qualified prospects and engage them in conversation
• Track daily outreach activity and results

CRM Management (Follow Up Boss)
• Add new leads into Follow Up Boss
• Log all client communication and activity
• Complete assigned tasks and create future follow-up reminders
• Keep contact information organized and updated
• Ensure all leads are properly categorized and tracked
• Maintain detailed notes on every lead interaction

Client Communication
• Call leads and past clients when assigned
• Send text message follow-ups
• Schedule appointments for buyer consultations, listing appointments, and property showings
• Confirm appointments and communicate with clients before meetings
• Provide professional and friendly customer service

Administrative Tasks
• Check and organize company email daily
• Respond to basic inquiries when appropriate
• Enter contact information from various lead sources into the CRM
• Maintain organized records and databases
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous real estate virtual assistant experience preferred
• Previous Instagram outreach experience required
• Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM preferred
• Strong understanding of lead generation and prospecting
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and work environment
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with clients
• Able to work independently and meet daily activity goals

Compensation

• $500/month base pay
• Performance-based bonus structure with earning potential of $1,500+ per month
• Bi-weekly payments via PayPal or Wise
