Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our real estate cold call department. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently. They must be able to multitask, hold agents accountable, and provide feedback to help agents improve and grow rapidly. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for holding meetings to empower and guide the team towards hitting their goals and KPIs. They must lead by example, adapt to constant changes, and implement new guidelines quickly.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the real estate cold call department.
Hold agents accountable for meeting quotas and goals.
Provide feedback and coaching to help agents improve their performance.
Hold regular meetings to empower and guide the team.
Adapt to changes and implement new guidelines effectively.
Create evaluations and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Communicate effectively with upper management.
Keep track of employee attendance.
Ensure work procedures are complied with.
Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees.
Requirements:
1+ year of inside Supervisor cold calling experience, (real estate experience is a plus!)
1+ year of effective, polished communication skills on the phone)
Experience in cold calling and sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software, preferred

Able to work schedule of Monday - Friday 9AM - 7PM EST

Must have a reliable wired LAN-based internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload during work hours.
A reliable laptop/desktop with a powerful 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
A reliable backup internet source (pocket Wi-Fi) to overcome any connectivity hurdles.
A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations.
Compensation structure:
Earn 7.00 USD/ Hour + Bonuses.
