JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a skilled real estate photo editor who can produce bright, clean, professional, listing-ready images that clearly stand out from raw photos.
This is NOT basic editing. We are looking for high-quality, consistent results.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
Strong experience editing real estate interiors & exteriors
Ability to create bright, evenly lit images (no dark corners)
Clean, neutral whites (no yellow/gray tones)
Window pulls (clear outdoor visibility, balanced exposure)
Advanced color correction (per area, not global)
Exterior enhancement (sky replacement, grass color correction)
Sharp, high-quality final images (no blur, no noise)

YOUR WORK SHOULD:
Make spaces look bigger, brighter, and more premium
Have a clear “before vs after” transformation
Match US real estate listing standards (Zillow/MLS style)

DO NOT APPLY IF:

You only use presets or basic Lightroom edits

Your edits look only slightly better than the original

You do not do window pulls or advanced masking
