# Production + QC + Creative Media VA

**Full-Time | Long-Term | Real Estate Media Company**

Clear Lens Media is looking for a **highly organized, reliable, efficient, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant** to join our real estate media production team.

Your primary responsibility will be keeping our daily jobs moving from **editing → quality control → corrections → client-ready delivery**, while also assisting with creative media production and social content.

## Primary Responsibilities

### Production Workflow & Quality Control

You will work directly with our photo and video editors to:

* Track all active jobs and deadlines
* Download completed work from editors
* QC photos and videos before client delivery
* Send corrections to editors and track revisions
* Make sure jobs are complete and delivered on time
* Keep all jobs and tasks organized in our production pipeline

You must be able to identify:

* Incorrect colors and white balance
* Crooked or incorrect verticals
* Exposure and blending problems
* Poor crops and editing errors
* Missing or duplicate images
* Video editing mistakes
* Spelling and grammar errors
* Incorrect property information
* Missing files or services

**Attention to detail is extremely important. You will be one of the final sets of eyes before our work reaches the client.**

### Creative Media Production

You will also help with:

* Creating **virtual twilight images**
* Creating **virtual staging based on customer specifications**
* Light object removal and photo cleanup
* Creating social media graphics from established templates
* Editing short-form video for **Reels and Stories**
* Resizing/reformatting content for social platforms
* Creating listing and agent-branding content
* Updating Canva templates with property photos and information
* Using AI tools to assist with image creation, editing, content, and workflow efficiency

You should be able to follow specific customer instructions carefully. If a client requests a particular staging style, furniture placement, twilight look, or other modification, the finished product needs to match those instructions.

Experience with several of these is strongly preferred:

Previous experience with a **real estate photography or real estate media company is a major advantage.**
