JOB OVERVIEW

REAL ESTATE ISA & EXECUTIVE VA | $4/HOUR + CLOSING BONUSES

Starting Pay: $4 USD/Hour + $150 Closing Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate VA to work directly with the CEO and help grow and manage a busy real estate business.

This is NOT just an admin position. I need someone who can help GENERATE BUSINESS and take work off my plate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and follow up with new and old real estate leads

• Work and organize our 8,000+ contact CRM

• Generate buyer and seller opportunities

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments

• Send property searches to buyers

• Follow up with buyers, sellers, and prospects

• Assist with real estate paperwork and contracts as directed

• Help keep transactions and deadlines organized

• Handle general real estate administrative tasks

EXPERIENCE WE WANT

• U.S. Real Estate VA or ISA experience

• Buyer and seller lead follow up

• Outbound calling and appointment setting

• CRM management

• Property searches

• Real estate paperwork and transaction support

• Strong spoken and written English

PAY & BONUS

Starting Pay: $4 USD per hour

PLUS $150 CLOSING BONUS for each qualified real estate lead you help generate or nurture that successfully makes it to the closing table.

The more business you help generate and close, the more you can earn.
