Real Estate Outbound Cold Calling

CLEAR AND FLUID ENGLISH
Must have real estate outbound cold calling experience
Must have experience with various dialers & CRM's....
Must be able to work during US business hours (9am EST - 6pm EST).
Must have Gen Back-Office experience; filing, CRM management, appointment setting, spreadsheets, etc...

Backup Internet
Backup Power (electricity)
Dedicated workspace free from distractions and noise
Headset and other required tools of professional (noise cancelation, etc...)
