? Find accurate contact information
? Cold call property owners
☎️ Follow up consistently
? Gather seller and property information
? Identify motivated sellers and pass qualified opportunities to our acquisitions team
Our team handles negotiations, contracts and closings.
? $500 FOR EACH OF YOUR LEADS THAT RESULTS IN A CLOSED DEAL
Close 1 = $500
Close 2 = $1,000
Close 5 = $2,500
There is no cap.
