- Dial 150+ pre-qualified seller leads daily
- Build rapport, qualify motivation, and close deals over the phone
- Negotiate pricing and terms to lock up win-win agreements
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups in CRM — no deal dies in the follow-up gap
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 1+ year of proven virtual acquisitions experience — closing wholesale deals by phone
- Real numbers to back it up — contracts per month, conversion rate
- Fluent, confident, and persuasive English
- Elite negotiation and follow-up — handles objections, creates urgency
- Coachable, competitive, results-driven
- Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet
