JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounting Specialist for a one-time project to completely and permanently migrate all of our payroll data from Paychex into QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
Execute a full, seamless data transfer from Paychex to QuickBooks Online/Desktop.

Migrate historical payroll records, employee profiles, tax information, year-to-date figures, and pay structures accurately.

Audit and reconcile all migrated data in QuickBooks against Paychex records to ensure 100% accuracy and zero balance discrepancies or compliance errors.

Verify proper mapping of payroll accounts, general ledger entries, and tax liabilities within QuickBooks.

Requirements:
Proven experience with both Paychex and QuickBooks payroll systems and data migration processes.

Strong background in payroll accounting, tax setup, and compliance verification.

High attention to detail with a track record of flawless execution.
