JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks expert to set up our company account from scratch and properly integrate our Stripe account. The goal is to ensure accurate financial tracking, clean bookkeeping, and seamless payment reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

Set up a new QuickBooks account for our company
Configure chart of accounts based on business needs
Connect and integrate Stripe with QuickBooks
Ensure all Stripe transactions sync correctly (payments, fees, refunds)
Set up proper categorization for income and expenses
Configure invoicing and payment settings if needed
Perform initial testing to confirm everything is working correctly
Provide a simple walkthrough or documentation after setup

Requirements:

Proven experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
Experience integrating Stripe with QuickBooks
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting basics
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to complete setup efficiently and independently
Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) if needed for integration

Project Scope:

One-time setup project (with potential for ongoing bookkeeping work)
