We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support company growth.
Position Overview
The QuickBooks Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring financial data integrity within QuickBooks.
This role is critical to keeping our operations organized and financially transparent.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Record daily financial transactions
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Track sales revenue and commissions
• Assist with payroll coordination
• Prepare financial data for CPA and tax filings
• Monitor job costing and project profitability
• Maintain vendor and customer records
Qualifications
• Proven experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
• 2+ years bookkeeping experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with service-based or home services businesses is a plus
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
