JOB OVERVIEW

I need a QuickBooks Online certified bookkeeper to maintain books for 1) my two-location restaurant company and 2) other LLC entities my wife and I own and run, including an executive coaching business.

Restaurant accounting experience highly valued. This role requires experience in reconciling Uber Eats payout reports, bank statements, payroll ledgers, POS daily sales reports We use Lightspeed U-Series (similar to Toast). I can train on how to file and pay monthly sales, liquor taxes and other elements.

The right candidate has worked as an OFS for at least 3 years, has reliable internet and their own laptop, and is self-motivated.

Use of AI in this role is a MUST. I can provide some light training but candidates need to be already using it and can expect an AI quiz during interviews.

This role will also involve generating weekly operational reports for the restaurant company, as well as an Executive Assistant in the following ways for me:
Travel booking
Expense reports
Calendar management
