OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We are looking to hire a new member to join us in our Quality and Compliance division, which works in close association with the company leadership team:
Responsibilities:
This position involves fulfilling the following six core responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance – Monitor and evaluate clinical and administrative processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
2. Data Analysis – Collect, analyze and report on data related to patient care outcomes, staff performance, and facility operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Audit Management – Conduct regular audits of operational procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to best practice.
4. Project Management – Assist in the creation, revision, and planning processes of project goals which address and ensure ongoing compliance and quality improvement in established operational procedures and in new initiatives.
5. Training and Development – Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate staff on compliance issues, quality standards and best practices.

Salary and Work Setup:
The position is a permanent work from home arrangement, with additional details below.
1. Base Salary: 55,000 PHP Monthly
2. Commission-Based: No
3. Payment Method: Twice Per Month
4. Work Schedule: US Business Hours; Full-Time; 40 hours per week (No part-time)

Requirements and Qualifications:
Several years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field within a healthcare or mental health setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities are required.
