Quality Control Manager — Vivid Shot Media

We're Vivid Shot Media, a veteran-owned real estate photography and videography business based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality visuals to real estate agents, brokers, and builders. We believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other along the way. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our values and is eager to help us streamline our operations as we grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Quality Control & Photo/Video Delivery: Review and deliver photos and videos in the morning when they come back from our editors (AutoHDR and ---------- ).

Retouch Requests: Handle requests for photo retouching throughout the day, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need.

What We're Looking For:

Required Software Experience: Candidates must already have hands-on experience with the following systems:
- Spiro
- AutoHDR
- Dropbox
- Zillow 3D Home
- Cubicasa
- Aryeo
- Lightroom
- Slack

Required Editing Skills: Must already know how to virtually stage, declutter, and complete virtual twilight edits — this is not an entry-level training position for these specific skills.

Willingness to Work Eastern Time, Tuesday–Saturday: Since our business is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, we need someone ready to work on Eastern Time hours.

A Positive Attitude: We're all about keeping things friendly and supportive, and we want you to be part of that vibe.

Flexibility & Adaptability: Every day might bring something new, so we need someone who can roll with the punches and tackle whatever comes their way.

Hours:
This role starts at 1–2 hours per day and will increase to 4+ hours per day as the business grows. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow long-term with a company as workload and responsibilities expand.
