JOB OVERVIEW

Watson Media House is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to review real estate photos and videos before they are delivered to clients.

This role is very important to our company because you will help us maintain and improve our quality standards, protect our customer experience, and make sure every project we deliver is polished, professional, and client-ready.

We need someone with a keen eye for detail, strong understanding of real estate photography and videography, and the ability to spot issues in positioning, angles, composition, framing, and overall visual quality.

Responsibilities:

* Review real estate photos and videos before final delivery
* Check for quality, consistency, and professionalism in all media
* Identify issues in angles, positioning, composition, framing, lighting, color, sharpness, and editing
* Make sure photos and videos meet company standards before sending to clients
* Flag any errors, missing shots, weak clips, or editing mistakes
* Help improve overall quality and customer experience by maintaining high review standards
* Work closely with the team to ensure fast and accurate quality checks

Requirements:

* Experience in photo editing, video editing, or quality control
* Experience in real estate photography and real estate videography is a significant plus, but not required
* Requires photoshop/ AI editing capabilities for handling quick revisions.
* Final Cut/ adobe premier editing experience is a major plus.
* Strong understanding of what makes real estate media look professional and marketable
* Very detail-oriented and able to spot even small mistakes
* Has a strong eye for angles, composition, positioning, and overall presentation
* Can review work carefully and consistently under deadlines
* Fast learner and open to feedback
* Organized, reliable, and committed to quality

Preferred:

* Previous experience reviewing or editing real estate media
* Experience working with fast turnaround times
