JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Executive Assistant.

This hands-on role combines Group accounting, bookkeeping, investment reporting and Executive/Private Assistance.

Role- Bookkeeping and Xero reporting, Group management accounting, P&L, Balance Sheet , Investment portfolio reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, Executive/Private Assistance to Directors, Diary, international travel and itinerary management, CRM and general administration.

Requirements

University qualification in Accounting/Finance, Minimum 7+ years' accounting/bookkeeping experience, Xero – Advisor Level and advanced Excel, Executive/Private Assistant experience, Experience with cloud accounting, international transactions and investment reporting, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Highly organised, accurate and discreet
