Who We Are
Arins Media is a real estate media company that creates high-quality photo, video, 3D tour, and branding content for real estate agents. We're known for fast turnaround, reliable delivery, and a white-glove experience that makes every client feel heard and taken care of.
We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely cares — about our clients, about our work, and about each other. We believe in building real relationships, supporting each other's growth, and creating an environment where your ideas matter and your contributions are valued. If you're looking for a team that feels like family, where you'll be supported and can grow into bigger responsibilities over time — we'd love to meet you.
Summary
We're looking for a detail-obsessed, reliable person to join our team as a QC Project Specialist. Your primary focus will be reviewing and quality-checking photos and listings before they go out to clients, ensuring every deliverable meets our high standards. You'll also handle light admin tasks and help keep our project workflow running smoothly.
This role starts at 20+ hours per week with a clear path to full-time as we grow together. Photo delivery is time-sensitive — most QC work is completed during evening/night hours in Philippine time (9:00 PM–3:00 AM PHT) to ensure listings go out on time for our US-based clients.
All training will be provided through clear SOPs, checklists, and Loom tutorials. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, open to feedback, and excited to be part of a team that's building something great.
