JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to perform end-to-end testing of a web-based platform. This includes user-facing websites, backend admin systems, and partner/affiliate systems.
You will follow structured test cases to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, responsible, and able to follow processes carefully.

Scope of Work:
1. Frontend Website Testing (User Side)
• Account registration / login / logout
• Payment flows (deposit / withdrawal simulations)
• Rewards and promotion features
• Content display (banners, popups, campaigns)
• UI/UX consistency across desktop and mobile
• General navigation and usability

2. Admin System Testing
• User management (view, edit, status control)
• Configuration settings validation
• Rewards and incentive setup verification
• Reports and transaction history accuracy
• Access control and permissions testing

3. Affiliate / Partner System Testing
• Partner account registration and login
• Tracking link validation
• Conversion and reporting accuracy
• Multi-region / multi-currency behavior (if applicable)

Responsibilities:
• Execute predefined test cases step-by-step
• Record test results clearly (Pass / Fail with evidence)
• Capture screenshots and screen recordings for issues
• Report bugs in a structured format:
o Steps to reproduce
o Expected result
o Actual result
• Perform regression testing after fixes
• Identify inconsistencies across different parts of the system
• Verify data consistency between frontend and backend

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and patience
• Ability to follow instructions strictly
• Basic understanding of websites and user flows
• Experience in QA testing is a plus (not required)
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Clear written English communication

Work Structure:
• Part-time or full-time (flexible)
