JOB OVERVIEW

We are:
TBST Digital is a development hub in Australia focused on creating digital assets, tools and websites for Australian and global clients ranging from small to enterprise businesses.

We are looking for
Quality Assurance Engineer to handle the QA process of our projects from small tickets to larger website projects and help maintain a high standard of quality, delivery and process.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting investigations and testing wordpress site, web applications and the like.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve investigation processes.
- Oversee QA investigations, and supports team web development
- Lead improvement initiatives and ensure accurate reporting and safe handling of websites under development.
- Conduct a comprehensive cross browser testing and mobile responsiveness review of all the ongoing web development
- Provide detailed report/documentation of website review
- Ability to work in multiple projects at a time

Requirements
- Willing to work on a Work from Home (WFH) setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Dedicated personal computer with specifications adequate for software testing and quality assurance tasks.
- Specialized with Web testing such as performance review, security testing and accessibility reviews
- Review development work against design specifications
- Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms, browser behaviour, and device responsiveness
- Experience with reviewing websites built in Wordpress
- Specialized with different web testing tools / frameworks
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST.
- Proven ability to create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience testing either web and/or mobile applications, with a solid understanding of both platforms
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Help develop QA processes to standardise quality assurance
- Flexibility to handle both automation and manual testing as needed.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with benchmarking tools such as Page Speed, W3, etc.

Bonus points
Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong UI/UX understanding for design and user behaviour reviews.
