About Blue Rhino AI

Blue Rhino AI is a US-based company that helps chiropractic clinics attract and schedule new patients using advertising, booking systems, CRM automation, and AI chat assistants.

Our AI handles much of the planning. We need someone who can carefully execute written instructions, test systems, identify errors, and document completed work.

We value accuracy over speed and attention to detail over experience.

What You’ll Do

1. CRM Account Setup

* Set up client accounts in GoHighLevel using step-by-step instructions.
* Enter exact names, prices, appointment times, links, and settings.
* Double-check every field before marking a task complete.
* Stop and ask questions whenever instructions don’t match what appears on your screen.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) Testing

* Submit test forms and verify the results.
* Book test appointments and confirm they appear correctly.
* Check links, booking pages, and automated workflows.
* Identify errors and provide screenshots showing exactly what happened.

3. Daily Task Execution

* Follow a daily task list generated by our AI system.
* Complete assigned tasks using documented procedures.
* Prepare tasks requiring management approval.
* Flag missing information, conflicting instructions, or incorrect numbers.

4. Documentation

* Maintain accurate records of completed work.
* Record what was done and when.
* Attach screenshots as proof.
* Clearly communicate anything that needs attention.

What This Job Is NOT

You will NOT be responsible for:

* Creating marketing strategies.
* Managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
* Writing marketing content.
* Editing videos.
* Selling services or talking to patients.
* Making decisions without instructions.

This is a precision-focused execution and quality assurance position.

If your screen doesn’t match the instructions, report exactly what you see. Do not improvise.

Work Schedule and Compensation

* Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
* Required overlap: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Mexico City time (10:00 PM–2:00 AM Philippine time during Mexico City’s standard time).
* Remaining 4 hours per day are flexible.
* Starting salary: $650 USD/month.
* Performance-based raises tied to measurable accuracy and reliability.

Technical Requirements

* Your own computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
* Reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
* Backup internet or power solution.
* Ability to capture and share screenshots.
* A quiet, dependable workspace.

Our Hiring Process

1. Written application.
2. Paid 90-minute skills test ($15 USD, whether or not you are hired).
3. Short video interview.
4. Paid 30-day probation with a written performance scorecard.

You will also sign a confidentiality agreement because this role involves access to private business and potentially patient information.
