Job Overview
EETech is looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to ensure our software products are robust, efficient, and ready for production. In this remote role, you will design and develop automated test scripts, integrate testing frameworks into our CI/CD pipelines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve product quality. This position is ideal for a proactive engineer who is passionate about leveraging automation to drive continuous improvement in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
• Test Automation Development:
o Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
o Implement automated testing frameworks and integrate them with existing CI/CD pipelines.

• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
o Collaborate with development and product teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test
coverage.
o Analyze test results, track issues, and work with the team to resolve defects promptly.

• Framework & Tool Enhancement:
o Evaluate and implement new automation tools and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
o Maintain and update existing test suites in response to new feature developments or changes.

• Documentation & Reporting:
o Create detailed test plans, test cases, and technical documentation to support automation efforts.
o Provide clear, concise reports on test outcomes, quality metrics, and areas for improvement.

• Collaboration & Agile Practices:
o Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
o Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
o Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Experience:
o Proven track record in automating test cases for web and mobile applications.
o Experience in a remote work environment with effective communication and time management skills.

• Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
o Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with performance and load testing tools is a plus.
o Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous testing practices.
