Hours: 30-40 hours/week (flexible based on skillset and output)

Looking for someone to build an AI-powered, agentic content generation system under clear technical direction. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions (many AI-assisted) and implement them into working Python automation. All architecture and strategy are provided—your role is execution and optimization.
You’ll orchestrate Claude-based AI agents that handle content creation, optimization, and distribution—your job is directing them, monitoring outputs, and refining their instructions based on results.
Think of it as: You manage the AI workers, they handle the creative work.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. AI Agent Orchestration
? Deploy and manage Claude-powered agentic AI for content generation across niches
? Monitor agent outputs, identify quality issues
? Refine prompts and instructions so agents improve iteratively
? Build feedback loops for continuous optimization
2. Pipeline Operations
? Build and run Python automation scripts managing multiple content niches
? Troubleshoot errors, manage API costs and rate limits
? Track performance metrics across different content types
3. Quality Control & Agent Optimization
? Review AI-generated content, flag underperformers
? Build Python scripts to auto-score and filter outputs
? Use Claude to analyze why certain outputs fail
? Regenerate low-quality pieces with refined instructions
4. Multi-Niche Management
? Set up agentic profiles for different content niches
? Schedule batch runs, track performance per niche
? Optimize agent behavior based on what works
5. Distribution & Integration
? Build integrations to distribute content to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
? Use Claude agents to generate optimal titles and descriptions
? Monitor metrics, report performance
6. System Improvement
? Identify bottlenecks in the agentic pipeline
? Test new AI models and agent configurations
? Build dashboards for tracking key metrics

Looking For:
Python (Core Requirement)
? Write and run scripts confidently
? Debug issues independently
? Understand APIs and automation patterns
? Willing to learn and build incrementally
English (Critical)
? Fluent written and verbal communication
? Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions
? Write clear technical documentation
? Communicate issues, progress, and ideas effectively
Claude API / LLM Experience
? Familiar with Claude or similar LLM APIs
? Experience writing effective prompts
? Understanding of agentic AI workflows
Problem-Solver
? Troubleshoot independently
? Identify blockers and report clearly
? Execute solutions based on guidance

Nice-To-Have:
? Experience with AI agents or agentic frameworks
? YouTube/TikTok API background
? Workflow automation tools
? Video content knowledge
? Command line proficiency

Why Join:
? Build real production systems from specifications
? Work with cutting-edge agentic AI
? Strong career credential in AI automation
? Growth path into AI engineering
? Learn while building

To Apply:
Send your GitHub profile or code samples, Python/AI projects you’ve completed, brief note on your Claude or LLM experience, and your timezone/availability.
When applying, start your message with “Danaher”.????????????????
