Primary Purpose of Position:
• Ensure Purchase Invoices are matched to purchase order and any Prices discrepancies raised with Stock controller in a accurate and timely manner.
• Reconcile AP statements
• To assist with the entering of accounts data on the purchase ledger as required for 4 companies.
Key Performance Indicators
• To ensure Purchase Invoices are accurately entered on to the system by the 2nd working day of the following month to ensure that suppliers are paid on time. Target less than 1 NCR per month on entry accuracy.
Essential Criteria
• The role will include but not be limited to
• Entering purchase invoices – match to purchase orders and delivery notes. Any price discrepancies to be raised with the stock controller.
• Requesting copy invoices
• Review open GRN’s
• Reconciling statements, investigating and resolve any anomalies
• Answering
• Checking receipts on expenses forms and credit card statements and coding on the system
• Posting Direct Debits and amounts not on Creditors to Nominal Ledgers and bank accounts
• Creating Creditor accounts on PG/FP/MF
• Month end check list and completing tasks assigned
• Assist with year end audit requests
• Any other ad hoc requests in relation to finance.
• Accounts administration experience. AAT qualified or similar.
• Experience of using computerised systems. Our systems are Netsuite – knowledge of these systems would be helpful but full training will be given
• Excellent telephone manner when dealing with Customers or Suppliers
• Attention to detail, 100?curacy.
• The ability to manage your own workload and plan your time, using outlook calendar.
• To work well as part of a small team
• Able to adhere to procedures
• Manage outlook by MYN.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday: 08.30 to 17.00 (UK Time)
