JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US:
Everhome Circle publishes transformational journals and books for women rebuilding after life transitions. We focus on emotional resilience, renewal, and authentic healing. We have journals ready to publish NOW and need someone to manage our Amazon KDP operations.
YOUR ROLE:
You'll manage our publishing operations - formatting manuscripts, uploading to Amazon KDP, optimizing listings, and handling customer service. You'll be our operations backbone, keeping our production machine running smoothly.
POSITION DETAILS:

Hours: 20 hours/week to start (your time zone flexible, Philippine hours preferred)
Rate: $6-8/hour based on experience
Start Date: Monday, November 11, 2025
Type: Ongoing monthly contract with potential to grow to full-time

REQUIRED SKILLS (MUST HAVE):

Amazon KDP publishing experience - MUST HAVE (show us your work)
Book formatting and interior design for print and digital
Canva Pro proficiency
Excellent written English
Detail-oriented and self-directed
Available for daily Slack check-ins
Reliable internet connection

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Format Journal" for KDP launch (Week 1 PRIORITY)
Upload and optimize Amazon listings (titles, descriptions, keywords)
Research keywords and categories for maximum visibility
Create basic graphics and promotional materials in Canva
Manage customer service emails using provided templates
Track daily sales and create weekly performance reports
Coordinate with designer on book covers
Optimize existing listings based on performance data
Handle Amazon KDP account management and troubleshooting

WEEK 1 PRIORITY:
We need the Journal formatted and ready to upload by Wednesday, November 13th when the cover arrives. This is urgent and critical.
