JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and persistent Provider Follow-Up & Onboarding Coordinator to manage the process of bringing new providers into the organization. This position will be responsible for following up with potential providers, coordinating contracts, collecting required documentation, and ensuring that each provider completes the onboarding process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with new and prospective providers throughout the onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with providers by phone and email.
Track provider applications, pending documents, contracts, and onboarding requirements.
Coordinate and follow up on contract completion and signatures.
Collect, verify, and organize required provider documentation.
Identify missing information and communicate requirements clearly to providers.
Maintain an accurate provider onboarding tracker/database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure providers are approved and ready to begin operations.
Monitor onboarding deadlines and escalate delays when necessary.
Keep providers informed about their onboarding status and next steps.
Ensure all provider files are complete and properly organized.
Prepare regular reports showing new providers, pending contracts, outstanding documents, and onboarding progress.
Help improve the provider onboarding process to make it faster and more efficient.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
Persistent, professional, and comfortable making repeated follow-up calls/emails.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, email, and document-management systems.
Previous experience in provider relations, contracting, administration, healthcare operations, customer success, or onboarding is a plus.
