JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Property and Casualty Insurance Agency in Dallas, TX, US, and we are looking for someone with insurance Experience (Personal Lines) in the USA (Texas experience preferred).
The Personal Lines CSR will be responsible for maintaining relationships with and serving our current book of business. This role will work to solve clients' problems effectively and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to retain 100% of our personal lines book of business each year. Duties include:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Email correspondence
- Take care of NOCs
- Quickly respond to endorsement requests and service requests as they come in
- Handle Billing Questions
- use carrier portals (Safeco, Allstate, Mercury, Germania ...)
- other tasks as assigned by management
Well-spoken and written English skills are required. (Online Jobs English score of Advanced Mastery of C2 required)
Detail-oriented individuals are highly preferred
