JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Acquisition Specialist to help identify and acquire potential investment properties.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential properties that meet our investment criteria.
Analyze property prices, potential returns, and basic deal numbers.
Evaluate potential deals and present the best opportunities to management.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
Assist with negotiations and the acquisition process.

Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good research and analytical abilities.
Experience in real estate, property acquisition, or lead generation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
