JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Property Tax Assistant with General Admin Experience preferably from Cebu, Philippines, to join our team. In this role, you will assist our client’s property tax team by managing daily tasks, organizing documents, conducting research, and supporting tax filings. You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Occasionally, you’ll be expected to use your initiative to solve problems and streamline processes independently.

Responsibilities:
Assist the property tax team in managing daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and documents are accurately filed.
Prepare, review, and organize property tax documents for submission.
Conduct research and gather data to support tax filings and projects.
Communicate with tea ---------- mbers and other departments to clarify instructions and ensure smooth workflow.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions.
Perform other related tasks to fully support the team as required.

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and ask questions when needed.
Initiative to solve problems and streamline processes with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in US property tax, finance, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
