JOB OVERVIEW

REMOTE PROPERTY RESEARCH ASSISTANT (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)
We are a UK-based property development company looking for a reliable and proactive remote assistant to help us research land and property opportunities.
This is a long-term, stable role with full training provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your work will involve simple online research and data checking.
You will:
Search for land and property opportunities using online tools
Check UK council planning websites
Review basic property details (ownership, planning history, etc.)
Keep organised notes of potential opportunities
Send short, clear updates
This is not a technical or difficult role.
If you are comfortable using the internet and can follow instructions, you can do this job.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and responsive
Curious and willing to learn
Organised and detail-focused
Able to work independently
Confident in written and spoken English
No experience in UK property or land sourcing is required — full training will be provided.

PAY
$600 per month (fixed salary)

Long-term role with potential for growth for the right person
WORK HOURS
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Fully remote
