JOB OVERVIEW

Who we are looking for:

- Have experience in real estate renovation, fix and flip, heavy repair in US single-family houses. - Understand relationship and perspectives among property owner, contractor, renovation manager, and listing agent in the rehab process.
- Abel to understand the repair item and propose potential solution
- Problem solver, listener, excellent in communication.
- Organized, attention to detail, team player, fast learner
- It is a plus to have property acquisition experience

Here are the main responsibilities:
- Confirm scope of work
- Review quotes from contractors and make suggestion of whom to hire and why
- Manage rehab process and coordinate with different parties
- Help with property acquisition and property management (okay to have no experience on these)

Benefit:
- Probation: 1 month or less, $2/hr, 40hr/wk
- After probation: $3/hr, 40hr/wk
- At least $300 bonus for each property acquisition
- At least $300 bonus for each property renovation done within budget and deadline
- Additional bonus or a raise every 6 months depending on the company’s and your performance
- Your income should be from your bonus, not the hourly pay.
