JOB OVERVIEW

Hi everyone!

Pavilion Homes is a leading property management and hospitality company based in Chicago. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Property Manager who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and confident in leading day-to-day operations and people.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead and oversee daily property operations, including cleaning, maintenance, guest concerns, vendor coordination, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage and support operational team members, including setting priorities, delegating work, following up on completion, and helping maintain high performance
- Coordinate schedules and workloads across cleaners, maintenance staff, contractors, and other service providers
- Handle guest and tenant concerns, providing prompt, thoughtful, and practical solutions
- Build strong relationships with vendors and contractors; coordinate repairs, property upkeep, and service quality
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure every home meets Pavilion Homes’ standards
- Monitor operational performance, identify issues early, and take ownership of resolving them
- Improve systems, workflows, checklists, and processes to make the operation more efficient and consistent
- Manage basic operational budgets, track expenses, and assist with reporting
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, vendors, contractors, and the wider team

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in property management, hospitality, operations, or team leadership is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, delegate effectively, and keep teams accountable
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Confident problem-solver who remains calm and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable using property-management software and operational tools, or quick to learn them
- Engineering, business, hospitality, or a related degree is preferred but not required
