???? Hiring: Property Manager for U.S. Real Estate Portfolio – Work From Home!
Are you an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in managing rental properties? We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of rental properties.
This is a remote position based in the Philippines, and you will be working with our team in the U.S. to ensure smooth operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
???? Responsibilities:
? Tenant Management:
Handle tenant inquiries, screening, lease agreements, and renewals.
Communicate with tenants regarding rent collection, lease violations, and notices.
Address tenant concerns and escalate maintenance issues as needed.
? Rent Collection & Financials:
Track rent payments and follow up on late payments.
Send reminders, payment plans, and coordinate with legal teams for evictions if necessary.
Assist in preparing reports on property income and expenses.
? Property Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
Obtain and compare quotes for property services and repairs.
? Record Keeping & Compliance:
Maintain digital records of leases, property reports, and tenant communications.
Ensure compliance with local rental laws and lease agreements.
Assist in preparing financial reports and property performance metrics.
? Marketing & Vacancy Management:
Post rental listings on platforms like Zillow,
Respond to prospective tenants and schedule virtual or in-person tours.
Assist in setting competitive rental rates based on market analysis.
???? Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role (at least 2 years).
? Familiarity with U.S. rental laws, lease agreements, and property management practices.
? Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
? Ability to work in U.S. time zones (Eastern or Central preferred).
? Proficiency in property management software (e.g., RentecDirect, Buildium, AppFolio, RentRedi, or similar).
? Experience handling tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle disputes professionally.
? High-speed internet, reliable computer, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
