About Us
Crown Realty Experts is a professional U.S.-based real estate company providing residential and commercial property management services. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant who is highly familiar with online property management software and capable of handling a fast-paced, high-volume workload with precision.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while following very clear instructions. Applicants must also have prior experience in lease and tenant management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations inside platforms like AppFolio, Rentec, Buildium, or similar
Answer tenant and owner inquiries via phone and
Schedule repairs and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requests
Prepare lease renewals and monitor lease expirations
Assist with rent collection processes and leasing activities
Maintain digital files and tenant records
Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions
Respond to occasional emergency calls (paid extra for after-hours coverage)
Support other administrative tasks as needed by the real estate team
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of experience using an online property management portal
Accounting or bookkeeping background
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to self-manage time and tasks with minimal supervision
A friendly and professional demeanor
Access to a quiet work environment and stable internet
Willingness to handle minimal after-hours calls (with premium pay)

Rates are based on experience level and proven ability:
$5.00 – $7.00/hour – Beginner (1–2 years of experience)
Solid foundation in real estate or property management support. Able to handle routine admin tasks, data entry, and basic tenant/vendor communication. Willing to learn new systems.
$7.25 – $8.50/hour – Intermediate (3–5 years of experience)
Strong background in property management support, social media execution, and real estate admin. Comfortable with multiple software platforms. Demonstrated reliability and consistency.
$8.50 – $10.00/hour – Expert (6+ years of experience)
Proven track record in property management, real estate operations, and commercial real estate support. Skilled at handling complex admin systems, creating SOPs, and managing multiple properties or accounts with little supervision.
