Job description:

Red Key Real Estate Property Management is a residential property management company in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. We manage 360+ units and run our entire operation on AppFolio. We are hiring one full-time Remote Property Manager based in the Philippines to join our team long-term.

PAY: USD $10.00 per hour (about PHP 615 per hour) — top of market for Philippines-based remote property managers. Full-time, 40 hours per week, on a U.S. Central Time schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage work orders in AppFolio and coordinate repairs with our in-house technicians and third-party vendors

- Respond promptly to tenant, owner, and vendor emails and service requests

- Handle lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs in AppFolio

- Help keep tenant delinquency low with rent reminders, follow-ups, and standard notices on a normal cadence (with manager approval)

- Coordinate the turn process for vacant units, including cleaning, maintenance, and inspections

- Keep AppFolio clean and current: tenant records, work orders, invoices, and ledger data entry

- Support leasing: posting vacancies, processing rental applications, and scheduling showings

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of property management experience (experience with U.S. residential rentals strongly preferred)

- Hands-on AppFolio experience is REQUIRED — please describe it in your application

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Able to work U.S. Central Time business hours, Monday to Friday

- Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet and a backup power/internet plan

- Must work 9:00 to 5:00 Central Standard Time.

- No other employment is allowed with this position.
