We’re a fast-moving real estate investment and property management company operating mobile home parks and affordable housing units across multiple U.S. states. We’re small but highly effective — and we’re growing. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and solving problems quickly with minimal red tape.
This role reports directly to our office manager and plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

We are not looking for a box-checker or a passive assistant. We need a direct, detail-oriented, upbeat, and creative self-starter who:

Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily tenant communication via
• Post, update, and manage mobile home sale listings on Zillow, Craigslist,
• Respond to prospective buyers, schedule showings, and track leads
• Maintain accurate tenant ledgers in Buildium (rent posting, fees, updates)
• Follow up on unpaid rent or delinquencies
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance or vendor visits
• Assist in preparing and sending notices and lease document
• Create basic marketing materials and flyers (using Canva)
• Help manage acquisition lead lists and prepare for cold outreach (starting in ~6 months)
• Continuously look for inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Communication Expectations
• Excellent written English – grammatically correct, professional, and personable
• Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, and as neutral an accent as possible
• Comfortable handling phone calls with tenants, contractors, and buyers

Work Schedule
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Must work PST hours — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday with 1 hr lunch break
• Occasional availability for after-hours calls/messages is a plus
