Experience:
50WPM Typing required, Acceptable English Speaking

Responsibilities:
Support for property management company (monitor cleaners, time entry for cleaners, scheduling, schedule reminders, calling contractors, associated entry-level tasks)

Traits:
You must have no fears of speaking to customers and bosses, we are a small company so you will have close relationship with owners. You must be comfortable being uncomfortable if you have no experience in property management, as there will be a lot of new things. Training is self-guided and no one will babysit you, you will get out of the job whatever you put in. We need RESOURCEFUL people who take INITIATIVE, please do not apply to this job if you are just looking for an easy job, move on. We have the incentive pay because we like to have people on our team who are highly productive. Being fast on a computer is a must, prior PC gaming experience is a plus.

Pay: $2/hr + bonus
Bonus paid monthly based on productivity, if you are fast an additional $2/hr is likely
Additional 2nd bonus "hours" paid for revenue generating activity.
Pay $2-5/hr after both bonuses are paid, income potential increases over time with experience.

Schedule:
First 30 days: T W off, 5 day work week, 9+9+9+9+9
After 30 days: 4-day work week; 17 hr shift ("double") followed by 9 hrs rest, followed by three 9 hr shifts (17+9+9+9)
USA PST 930-6pm/ PH time graveyard
