About the Company
Luxury Lodging is a fast-growing short-term rental property management company overseeing 300+ homes across the United States. Our team is performance-driven. We manage day-to-day operations, including pricing, guest support, maintenance, onboarding, and owner success. We’re hiring someone sharp and reliable to help with essential operational tasks.
This is NOT a short-term or temporary role! We are looking for someone who wants to commit long-term and grow with the company. This position requires consistency, accountability, and the ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally. If you are actively job hunting, frequently changing roles, or looking for a stepping-stone position, this role will not be the right fit. Please apply ONLY if you are seeking a stable, long-term opportunity and are prepared to take ownership of the role through both smooth and challenging situations!
About the Role
Position: STR Property Management Representative
Location: Remote
Pay: $5/hr start
Type: Full-time (Eastern Time)
Note: We use Hubstaff for time tracking and work activity monitoring.
This is a well-rounded support role for someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership, and solves problems quickly. You will either be handling guest and client communication, coordinate cleanings and maintenance issues, follow up on tasks, assist with turnovers and documentation, onboarding clients, creating reports, and support the general flow of operations. The right person is proactive and clear-minded even when things get chaotic.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Serve as a main point of contact for guest concerns, complaints, and escalations
• Address property owner/client questions, concerns, requests, and operational issues professionally and promptly
• Resolve guest issues efficiently while balancing guest satisfaction, company policy, property owner interests, and cost control
• De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Listings, and Leadership, to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Own assigned issues and tasks from start to finish, including follow-ups, documentation, and confirming resolution
• Determine appropriate service recovery actions, including refunds, credits, or goodwill gestures, when applicable
• Assist with onboarding new clients and properties into our systems
• Create and configure short-term rental listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and other booking channels
• Review and optimize listings, including descriptions, amenities, photos, settings, policies, and other listing information to improve accuracy and performance
• Set up and manage property access information, including creating and updating smart-lock door codes when needed
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, turnovers, and other property-related operational needs
• File and manage guest damage claims, including gathering and editing documentation, following up, and coordinating with internal teams or booking platforms
• Audit work, records, listings, communications, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Review AI-generated work and help train and improve AI systems by identifying errors, providing corrections, and maintaining accurate property knowledge
• Create, maintain, and analyze operational reports to identify trends, recurring problems, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Proactively flag recurring guest, property, listing, or operational issues before they become larger problems
• Complete administrative and data-entry tasks accurately and on time
• Keep SOPs, reports, property information, and team checklists organized and up to date
• Take on additional operational responsibilities as the company and role continue to grow
What We’re Looking For
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Smart, resourceful, and highly reliable
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Fast learner with good judgment and time management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open cases
• Confident working across multiple tools
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal reminders
• Background in Airbnb, hospitality, or remote team coordination is a plus
• Must be looking for long-term growth, not short gigs

2. Answer this in writing:
