Job Description
We are looking for a Leads and Application Specialist to work with our team. The qualified applicant will promptly follow up with leads, build rapport with prospects, and guide them from inquiry to application. This role focuses on converting leads into applicants, delivering a strong customer experience, and accurately managing applications while keeping prospects engaged.
Since we are the fastest growing property management company in Orlando, we promote from within quickly. This is an entry level position, but we have many positions to work towards within our company.
We are a large real estate company, currently managing over 1600 single family properties.
Responsibilities
• Promptly follow up with all new leads and scheduled showings via call, text, and
• Build rapport with prospective renters and guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to application
• Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into qualified applicants
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a sense of urgency
• Manage and process rental applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects to keep them engaged and moving forward

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Sales-driven with the ability to confidently influence and close
