JOB OVERVIEW

We’re building BondKnows, an AI-powered platform that helps property managers modernize maintenance requests, tenant communication, and property verification.

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful teammate who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and helping grow an early-stage startup.

This is not a typical virtual assistant role. You’ll work directly with the founder and help us land our first customers.

Your responsibilities

* Research U.S. property management companies
* Find the right decision makers (owners, operations managers, maintenance managers)
* Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages
* Make outbound calls and follow up professionally
* Schedule product demos
* Maintain our CRM
* Help onboard pilot customers
* Test new workflows and provide product feedback
* Perform light administrative tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

* Speaks excellent English
* Is comfortable talking on the phone
* Is organized and proactive
* Learns new software quickly
* Has experience with property management, leasing, real estate, customer support, or outbound sales
* Enjoys startups where every day is different

Bonus if you have experience with

* Property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Jobber, Rent Manager, etc.)
* HubSpot or another CRM
* Cold outreach
* Appointment setting
* AI tools like ChatGPT

Trial
