Overview:
I’m looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations for several rental properties. The ideal candidate has experience in property management or bookkeeping and can keep finances, utilities, vendors, and documents organized with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Pay utility bills and keep property accounts current
• Track and categorize expenses per property
• Maintain simple monthly P&Ls and Google Sheets trackers
• Organize receipts, invoices, and documents for taxes and refinancing
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule maintenance
• Provide weekly summaries of cash flow, upcoming bills, and priorities
Requirements:
• Experience with property management or bookkeeping
• Strong English communication
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Google Sheets and QuickBooks
